Coffee is often treated as a beginning. For us, it is also a pause: water heating, a cup held in both hands, a few minutes left unfilled.
We are not yet offering coffee for sale. Before that moment arrives, we want to make room for the questions that matter to us—where something comes from, how it is handled, and what can be known with care.
This is not a guide to getting everything right. It is a note toward paying closer attention to the cup in front of us.
